To boost the talent echelon construction and realize the Company’s talent strategy, the 2024 Management Trainees Camp under the Lygend “Talent Development Program” was successfully concluded on July 17. Through systematic training and practical challenge, the camp provided the graduates precious opportunities for study and growth to boost their future career as leading talents.
First encounter – Full of spirit
The 7-day training camp covers military training, team development, study of skills, pre-employment training, and completion report. From physical training, knowledge acquisition through team building, the trainees have learned the Company’s strategic planning, business deployment and management system, understood and identified with the corporate culture, improved their professional qualities and expertise, and completed the transformation from students to employees, laying a firm foundation for their future jobs as team workers.
Strong drums need heavy mallets, and long-term accumulation ensures lasting output. During the 2-day military training and outward bound, the Lygend newbies braved challenges, hardened their will, cultured enterprising spirits, and overcame difficulties after difficulties in the training grounds.
To fully enhance the comprehensive quality of the 2024 management trainees, the camp organized several outward trainings to train their body and soul, work up their wisdom, and consolidate their team spirit.
Recharging – No stop for learning
To help the trainees get to know, understand and become part of Lygend, senior employees led their studies for days on end throughout the training.
The camp offered 19 courses in which the Company’s executives, department heads, technical cadres and in-house trainers gave lectures on the Company’s strategy, corporate culture, management systems, projects, organization structure and department functions, technologies and processes, career development and requirements, Indonesian parks and projects to help the trainees master useful knowledge in various perspectives.
Peers transmit sparks in action. Previous management trainees set earnest examples to share their experiences and stories in Lygend, and answered the newbies’ questions to solve their doubts.
Commencement – Setting sail
“The ambitious will reach far; but one cannot make it unless he starts off”. The Lygend “Talent Development Program” 2024 Management Trainee Camp was successfully concluded. On the closing ceremony, excellent teams and individuals were commended and awarded with honorary credentials.
The camp training is over, and the new Lygend employees are ready to set out and to do wonders on their jobs. They will uphold Lygend missions and visions, practice the values of “openness, sharing, duty and innovation”, and plunge themselves into the blue ocean undertaking that will last forever.
